Started with multiple items last consult- now you have to deal with multiple items this consult.
Too many things to do : hard for patient- expensive too.
Keep it simple . Everyone knows exactly where they stand.
Life is simple and seems to be going somewhere.
A simple example and how people respond to these:

A friend once described the difference between client server and peer to peer networks by drawing a circle and a star.
Everyone walked away thinking they had learned something critical.
Even the guys / gals who knew lots better, were happy that the not so skilled doctors were introduced to this concept.
In short, keep everything simple. Don;t explain all the side effects, options and grey areas. The more you tell, the more you are asked and the more you will need to explain.
