All this won't be good enough if they have another fit with adverse consequences.

(Pt. reports a first epileptic seizure, recent wt loss: requires urgent investigation).
Manage when ejected from hospital.
Do assessment piecemeal over time: hoping nothing goes wrong in the meantime.
Keep Referring.
