A long term "bestie" greets you cheerfully and shakes your hand, commenting favourably on your office/ being busy - you've never met them.

Does not like seeing doctors and has a few issues-
Protocol is for staff to warn one issue for free and then you pay.
A sign to this effect 600mm tall is on the wall in front, alone with large black lettering.

Lethargic a few days.

Says fainted and was caught by girlfriend and then this progressed into a seizure activity. Feels faint if stands. No previous fit or epilepsy.

Diarrhoea for three days from at least 2 days ago.
Girlfriend says he is looking pale , for a few days.
Girlfriend upset he is ill

Says his appetite poor, Some weight loss in last few months 92 > 84 kg.

 

Meds : Multivitamins
Allergies: Nil
PMH 0 .... PSH 0 .... Smoke 10 daily

Mentions has troubles sleeping for 5 years. THC assists
Restavit, Xanax and Valium have all failed previously.
Stopped Valium when went overseas to Canada last year.

 

Diagnosis:
Its now 6 minutes into your consult. You have not achieved anything to date.
Multiple complex issues exist.
He now brings out his mobile phone with a list of ten more items on it, and wants to go through this list.
