Patients have been known to tell Lies! (Usually nothing in writing).

• The lady at Centrelink said it needed to be for three months.
• The specialists' staff said you could just backdate it.
• The hospital said it needed to be an indefinite referral.
  
• I have a psychologist appointment this afternoon.
  ( then cancel quick or fee// tell patient to say that "they" shouldn't charge)
• The dog chewed up my script. Can I have some more sleepers / painkillers?
• They said they would send the results to you.(suggest - patient bring them)

 

VIP Testing should be Mandatory for complex /chronic problem management.

• FBC E&LFTs OR
• Urine PCR for Chlam, N Gon, Trichomonas OR
• FBC, Urine MCS,,,,,,,FBC, Faeces MCS OR
• FBC, Urine PCR OR
• 
  
• The VIP test diagnozes if they are likely to come back.
  If they don't feature in your life,
  they won't be a VIP in your life and you won't be a VIP in their life.
  And-- no FIGJAM moments.
  

AND . . . The first person you need to convince you are doing a great job – is yourself.
